[[es]]La Red Regional de Centros de Información Nacionales para América Latina y el Caribe (CINALC) fue lanzada oficialmente el 8 de febrero de 2024 en La Habana, Cuba, por el Comité del [[/es]][[en]]The Regional Network of National Information Centres in Latin America and the Caribbean (CINALC) was formally launched on 8 February 2024 in Havana, Cuba by the Committee of the [[/en]][[es]] Convenio Regional de Reconocimiento de Estudios, Títulos y Diplomas de Educación Superior en América Latina y el Caribe [[/es]][[en]]the Convention on the Recognition of Studies, Diplomas and Degrees in Higher Education in Latin America and the Caribbean [[/en]]">[[en]] (Buenos Aires Convention).[[/en]][[es]] (Convenio de Buenos Aires).[[/es]]

The network aims to promote information exchange and facilitate recognition and mobility in the region. It currently includes recognition authorities from 17 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean and the Caribbean.
