Article IV.2 of the Regional Agreement
for the Recognition of Studies, Degrees and Diplomas in Education for Latin America and the Caribbean (2019) provides for the existence: “of a “Network of national application structures, which will provide information on mobility and recognition to assist in the practical application of this Convention by the authorities competent in matters of recognition, facilitating the exchange of information between States Parties with regard to validation and mobility.
